		<description><![CDATA[Either way I&#039;m just glad that construction practices are becoming greener. I&#039;ve looked at some new constructions and it&#039;s amazing how green these buildings are becoming. I&#039;ve never thought about retrofitting buildings to make them more green. Nice work.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for your comment, John.  Biking (to work, or to play, or anywhere for that matter) is a great alternative, and OGBL is a strong proponent of bike-friendly policies.  Unfortunately, as the interview with Mr. Malkin reflects, the fact remains that many do not share this zeal for alternative transportation.  We can hope that the owners of LeVeque Tower are more open-minded and forward-thinking.]]></description>

Bicycle racks and showers aren&#039;t worth any points under Existing Building certification and may of hte changes implemented under the renovation could, or should, been done any time in the last twenty years.]]></description>
